What Causes Fatigue and How Does It Occur

Fatigue can be considered as some kind of poisoning. When the muscles of the body work, then creates lactic acid. If this acid is removed from the exhausted muscle, it was able to work again.

During the day we are “poisoned” by lactic acid. There are other substances that the body produces during the operation of muscles. These substances are called poisons of tiredness. They are transmitted through the body with blood, so that tiredness does not feel only in the muscles but also all over the body, especially in the brain.

Scientific experiments about fatigue gave some interesting results. If a dog gets tired to exhaustion and sleep, and then its blood injected into another dog, another dog will also immediately become tired and go to sleep. If we, on the contrary, to tired dog gave blood transfusion of rested and awake dog, it will immediately wake up and no longer feel tired.

Fatigue is not only a chemical process, but also biologically. We can not simply “remove” tiredness, because it is necessary to provide rest to the cells to restore and regain its functionality. Therefore, tiredness is a signal that the body needs rest to restore the body’s energy.

However, there is something particularly interesting in the rest. Someone who has worked hard for hours at the desk would not want to lie down when he gets tired, but will want to walk! Or, when children get tired of school, they will not lie down to rest but will run off to play.

FatigueThis can be explained as follows: if it is tired just part of the body, such as the brain, eyes, arms or legs, the best way to refresh the body is to activate other parts of the body. Movement enhances breathing, accelerates blood circulation and gland work and contaminants leaving the weary parts. But, if someone is completely exhausted, the best rest is a dream.

Chronic fatigue is a disease or condition characterized by a feeling of constant tiredness. Fatigue worsened by physical or mental exertion and does not pass even when resting.

One of the main causes of chroinc fatigue are toxins that are found in air, water, food and significantly affect your life. Your body has its own limit of tolerance for the poison, then begins giving alarming signals such as low immunity, constant fatigue, allergies and so on. It is vital to clean the body of toxins.
